Part-Time Patron Services Representative
The New Jersey Symphony, the state’s largest performing arts organization, seeks a part-time Patron Services Representative. The Symphony performs subscription concerts in five locations throughout New Jersey including its magnificent home, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).
Status: Part-Time, non-exempt
Reports to: Director of Patron Services
Compensation: Hourly, $18 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a superior level of customer service to New Jersey Symphony patrons and guests.
- Answer phones during Box Office hours, provide upsell opportunities, process transactions and troubleshoot patron ticketing issues.
- Process Box Office window, phone and mail ticket orders in Tessitura software.
- Operate concert ticket office window at five venues on an as-needed basis, including nights and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficient.
- Ability to travel to away-venue concerts when needed.
We will train on Tessitura software.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Hourly pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Up to 30 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
