Concert Information
The charming Dmitry Sitkovetsky makes a doubly impressive NJSO debut, leading Mozart’s brilliant concerto and Tchaikovsky’s reflective Méditation while also performing the virtuosic solo parts. Two Russian giants offer modern takes on classic styles: Prokofiev’s First Symphony looks back to Haydn and Mozart, while Stravinsky references the Baroque in his witty ballet suite.
