A native of Philadelphia, Tracy Nguyen came to librarian work by curiously falling into it. She is a graduate of Temple University's Boyer College of Music and Dance where she studied music theory and bassoon performance. During her graduate studies, she interned at the Boyer College’s music library and gained a growing interest in performance librarianship. She was an Assistant Librarian at the Brevard Music Center prior to joining the New Jersey Symphony, where she currently serves as the Principal Librarian for the orchestra.
