NJSO hosts biggest College Night to date

Nov 10, 2014

The NJSO held its first College Night event of the season at Saturday's "Classic Vienna" concert at the State Theatre in New Brunswick. Students from 14 colleges and universities joined the NJSO for the Orchestra's critically praised Viennese program, then enjoyed an exclusive post-concert party featuring performances from student ensembles from Rutgers' Mason Gross and William Paterson University.

Check out highlights from the post-concert party, as well as some of the live concert commentary students could share from specially designated Tweet Seats inside the hall:

The NJSO hosts the season's second College Night at NJPAC in Newark on Friday, February 27, when NJSO Principal Flute Bart Feller and harpist Stacy Shames perform Mozart's Flute and Harp Concerto on a program that also includes Mendelssohn's "Scottish" Symphony and The Fair Melusine Overture.
