Star-Ledger: Scheherazade concerts in week’s ‘Top 5’

The NJSO performs Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade and Stravinsky’s Petrouchka on Thursday at bergenPAC in Englewood and Saturday and Sunday at NJPAC in Newark. The Star-Ledger names the program one of the week’s “Top 5”:

NJSO plays Scheherazade — Music director Jacques Lacombe leads the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra in performances of two lively, colorful works that showcase the possibilities of a live ensemble: Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Scheherazade” and Stravinsky’s “Petrouchka.” Concerts take place Thursday in Englewood and Saturday and Sunday in Newark, njsymphony.org
