Thank you for supporting the NJSO on Giving Tuesday

The support the NJSO received on Giving Tuesday was incredible—and we owe it all to you, our patrons. Due to your generosity, the NJSO exceeded trustee Val Azzoli’s $10,000 Giving Tuesday Challenge and two subsequent challenges of $5,000 by Board Co-Chair Ruth C. Lipper and board member Jerry Appelstein. Including the trustee challenges, your gifts to the Orchestra totaled more than $48,000 yesterday, adding up to a very special day of giving.

As Azzoli said when issuing his Giving Tuesday Challenge, “To kick off the holiday season with a day devoted to giving back and supporting the nonprofits and causes we value is a powerful way to remember the spirit of the season.”
