NJSO President & CEO James Roe chats with NJTV’s “State of the Arts” for a video feature on New Jersey composer George Antheil and McKonkey’s Ferry, the overture inspired by George Washington’s crossing of the Delaware River, which the Orchestra performs on opening weekend, October 12–14, as part of both the NJ350 celebration of the state’s 350th anniversary and the NJSO’s lauded New Jersey Roots Project.
